One month paternity, and three month maternity leave.
They give employees months of paid maternity leave for a mother
4 months paid for primary care giver
Very good. There is a training for all leads to how to empathize and align folks returning from PFL into workforce.
There is 18 weeks paid for the primary caregiver and 4 weeks paid for the other parent, it’s better than most especially for fathers.
18 weeks for primary care giver, 4 weeks for non primary!
Bloomberg could be best in class but it doesn't really like people to take maternity leave and you feel like a fool if you take paternity leave
Not enough, lots of women quit or are forced to quit soon after having a child. The company does not help with childcare and does not give much flexibility to mothers.
Maternity leave is quite generous. Also provide paternity leave (on and off - it was reinstated last year).
