    PTO is very flexible and health care coverage is great for the employee (not so good for dependents). Day-to-day workplace environment is very nice, with an onsite gym, shower, and laundry. There are frequent company events, which sometimes include lunch if they take place during the workday. 401k is offered but there is no company match. No paid parental leave.

    Worst aspect is the PTO is not really competitive with other companies. Starts with 14 days (including birthday and floating holiday) and caps out under three weeks of PTO. Does have a gym, shower, and laundry onsite.
