    Entire benefits package is great! Decent health insurance prices, vacation, sick days, 401K, employee discounts. The company is very informative about the benefits.

    It’s great and it definitely is awesome if you are looking for a long term place. Downside is most people are shopping online unless you work in a area with stay at home moms who like shopping in person.

    I'm sure if I were a full time employee I would have received benefits. I was part time and I did not receive benefits. I did in fact accumulate PTO/Vacation Days. The down side was that managers would sometimes not approve days even if it was months in advance.

    Seasonal employees now participate in store discounts! They are also eligible to "pick up" extra hours as authorized.

    PROs: maternity leave, employee discount in store CONs: they do not match 401(k) or donations until you have been employed for one year

    The best is that they offer benefits...the worst is that it cost a lot, and sometime you need to wait a year to be eligible and very high deductibles. Two health planes are offered but the bottom line is "pay me now or pay me later" 401k is fair and dental and vision makes a small difference if you go private
