amazing vacation days and understanding sick days
The best thing is the PTO- between sick days and vacation time I have about a month and a half of days available.
you get the benefits right away after being hired. there are all kinds. but some of it is kind of cheep. like even the best eye care was really just a discount plan and depending on where you go with it, you're likely to get ripped off by the eye care place as they will simply charge you a little more so that you will have to pay 50-100ish buck out of pocket no matter what... at least that's what I found. but healthcare seemed good when I used it, no problems there
4 weeks PTO + unlimited sick days
It was alright, but very time consuming and busy/
Extensive benefits, but benefits can be expensive
Their retirement options are weak, just a 401k with very little match since the company's sales are doing worse every year. Best thing is you get about 4 weeks PTO but can't use it between November to January.

High deductible for medical, 401k match, pre tax commuter benefits
