The challenging thing with an unlimited PTO policy is you still need to be 'present' in case something happens. Personally I never had a week off from work that I didn't receive calls/important emails that needed to be taken care of.
Sick Days and Unlimited PTO are wonderful and make it easy to have a good work/life balance.
