All the benefits are well thought out and employess including myself enjoy the benefits such as 401k,health benefits, insurance etc.
Became very expensive after the IPO. No 401k match offered - stock options essentially worthless within 6 months of the IPO. 50% Discount on boxes, unlimited time off which is tracked unoffically
The worst thing about the benefits package is the company equity program, because you cannot opt-out.
Benefits were not that bad
Great benefits package: health, dental, vision
Medical insurance was ok. Good coverage, bur pricey. You get discount for the meal box. They do not offer 401k match.
Because I was an intern I did not have much to do with this aspect of the company. Great food and snacks!
at first we had UNITED HEALTHCARE. love that insurance company they covered almost everything. Now were getting some insurance i never heard of that is nowhere near the level we were getting. hopefully one day in the future we will get them again
- Sick Time & Vacation accrue quickly and can be used any time after 2 months of employment. - The health benefits are absolutely terrible and mainly a waste of money.
Good health insurance package. Great amenities in office and plenty of social events. However, stock options proved to be essentially worthless, and no 401k matching.
