best: unlimited vacation, discounted boxes, flexible hours cons: no 401K match
No 401k match. Why join.
401K, HSA, unlimited PTO, food-filled office, and employee discount were all great
There's unlimited PTO, health insurance seems affordable (I've never had employer insurance before though), and a few other benefits I haven't taken advantage of in a while due to quarantine. I didn't give 5 stars because there is no employer match for the 401K.
Benefits seemed a touch old school and not as robust as many new-age tech companies
Good insurance. Free food to take home every well on Friday.
Mediocre benefits. If you want time off you have to save up a ton of PTO. Insurance is pretty basic.
They offer great health benefits to their employees. Diversity is a plus but the lack of opportunity for certain departments are concerning; including lack of transparency.
Broad benefits. Not the best health insurance.
