The benefits are great for a part time job. A decent hourly wage, 401K, tele-doc, and a monthly allowance for food. $15/month is INCORRECT from the previous comment. I worked there in 2014 in the OH area.
Start out at $12 an hour and automatically get an online doctor for minor illnesses like the flu. Also pretty cool about giving you the days off you need and 100% expect you to call in if the roads are dangerous during the winter and allows you to make up your missed shift if you want
$40 a month food allowance, Teladoc, 401k and adoption rebate after 6 months.
Good benefits all the way around. But, lots of unethical practices working for this company and favoritism.
Pet food credit, pet adoption assistance, pet health insurance assistance
After 6 months you have access to benefits. At the start of the job you get a $60 refund every month for Blue Buffalo food or treats purchased. Time off is easy to request and generally granted except on super busy days like Black Friday.
Use it or loose it vacation days
Access to a Doctor on Demand application & a $40 pet food rebate
Company perks on cell phone, internet, 401K, health benefits, and vacation time.
No sick leave, did get a bunch of stock :)
