I have not used, but many of my reports do and they tell me it is very easy to use

Very competitive and low cost.
Tuition assistance amounts have been the same for many years and have not tracked with inflation within the College community. An increase would be helpful. Also, more partnerships with other universities would be helpful, e.g. SMU, UT Dallas, North Texas as well as U. of New Mexico, U. of Tulsa, OU and several Montana colleges.
The tuition reimbursement was 5250 per year, which is not much but its something
