The health coverage benefits are great. They also have many additional wellness benefits available to employees in addition to the standard health benefits. The retirement options are terrific as well.

Pension is great - 3 years to vest. 401k is through prudential - 2 years to vest. Medical and dental are okay.
Good benefits - health insurance is reasonably priced, 401k, dental, vision, PTO buy, vacation time is decent
The insurance is higher than one expecy working for the insurance company and they did away with the HCA option
The worst benefits in my career, and this is a BCBS provider. worst dental, vision and major medical. there are NO "sick days". if you get hospitalized, you'll use your vacation days to recouperate.
Company pension and tuition reimbursement are perks. Work from home and flex time benefits are not company and are provided at the discretion of your manager.
