Excellent health insurance package, the 401k is great and the overall company is great
One of the things I like as a new employee without much PTO is that you can purchase PTO. Another is that BCBS provides a Pension, but also offers the option of starting a 401 plan
Overall the benefits package is great. It used to be much better but, they have cut back over the past few years.

Good benefits. Health insurance was great and I liked having a 401K. PTO and sick time was lumped into one "bank", which I never had an issue with.
Full support of a work/life balance by offering full benefits package to include PTO, paid holidays, insurance coverage, 401K plus pension (nearly unheard of anymore,) support educational advances by offering tuition reimbursement from day one of employment...the list goes on and on.

The health coverage benefits are great. They also have many additional wellness benefits available to employees in addition to the standard health benefits. The retirement options are terrific as well.
