Current Health Coordinator in Richardson, Texas

You accrue time every pat period depending on your time with the company.

Sep 9, 2020
Former Sr. Manager IT in Dallas, Texas

3 weeks paid time off

Sep 21, 2019
Current Analyst in Chicago, Illinois

15 days per year PTO. You don't get them all at once. Instead you collect 4.6 hours every pay period (pay is every two weeks). You do get 3 "diversity days" in addition to the 7 paid holidays. These diversity days can be used like vacation, but they do not roll over.

Dec 13, 2018
Current Customer Service Advocate in Naperville, Illinois

Fair time off for the employees and they allow you to purchase more time if you want to

Dec 13, 2018
Current BH Unit Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico

I'm a new employee, hoping my PTO would accumulate faster, but having the option to purchase PTO at benefit renewal time was a great option.

Jul 30, 2018
Current Data Entry in Joliet, Illinois

Okay amounts of days off, not great, but decent. You can't really take time off though if, like, 10% of your department already has that day scheduled. No point in PTO if you can't use it.

Jun 18, 2018
Former Customer Advocate in Great Falls, Montana

There were good amounts of time off. Had to be scheduled far in advance though.

Mar 22, 2018
Current Sales Account Manager in Downers Grove, Illinois

Compared to peers at other companies, vacation time is very competitive and exceeds most

Nov 30, 2017

Great vacation time and paid time off

Nov 26, 2017
Former Senior Client Technical Professional in Chicago, Illinois

The paid time off is very generous.
