It is a health care company - they really go all in on the health care package. The HSA is a really amazing perk. I would love to see more onsite employeecentric practice for both physical and mental health.
Great benefits and tuition reimbursement. Company also pays for child care summer camps and latch key programs for children up to 14. Medical benefits are great!
Low cost in health insurance
paid medical that has little to know cost share, great dental and vision package. company match 401k and pension. Although you get 144hours of vacation. it sucks that you get only half on your work anniversary and then the other half 6 months later and 48 of those hours can only be used for emergency sick( if you call in )
Outstanding benefits. New hires receive health benefits on day 1. Also, the company offers programs to help employees maintain a healthy lifestyle. They offer paid-time off, option to purchase life insurance and accident protection at low rates. The 401k program is matched. So a lot of perks you don't see at other companies because they're working to keep top employees.

Comprehensive medical benefits plan. HMO medical plan covered nearly 100% of medical costs, even when I was admitted for 2 weeks for an emergency, I paid $0 for everything. ($0 deductible!)
Get a great amount of paid time off. Have had 80 hours at one point, with having already taken a few days here and there. Health insurance for a single female, is very affordable, especially if you pick one of their HMO plans for coverage (not sure about family coverage though). Discounts on many different fitness trackers and gift card rewards you can redeem online, up to $300 a year, for meeting step goals, etc.
