In the customer service role you accrue 5.3 hours per pay period. You can earn quickly, but you don't have sick days. There is an attendance policy based on a points system - so If you call in sick you receive an 'occurrence'

140 hours from year 1- year 5. Just came from a company where I had 80 hours after being there for 7 years.
PTO is comparable to other companies, but no sick days. if you have to call in, it'll come out of your PTO balance.
I earn 8.39 hours (I think) every two weeks of PTO (combined vacation and sick time). Company holidays are separate.
