The health insurance is amazing. We had a baby and it costs us like $100 for a two day stay in a nice hospital. Pretty much everything that can be covered is covered

Health insurance is probably good for a smaller firm, but small firms just can't get the health insurance coverage that large firms can. This is Blue Ridge's largest weakness regarding benefits, but they're doing the best they can
