“Options to choose from PPO, HMO within the Blue Shield catalog with great coverage and pricing.”
“Company match and EOY bonus compensation within 401k, separate from additional direct bonus EOY review pay”
“Sabbatical is new. Easy to earn PTO and added ability to share PTO with other employees if the need arises.”
401k, sabbatical, health, dental, tuition, PTO
Great health care package, 12 wk baby bonding leave, flex WFH option
Everything has been great so far.
Pro: The company is working on implementing progressive benefits. Con: Unfortunately, the executive team is more progressive then the directors, but the directors have ultimate say on what employees are allowed to do. Employer cost share for medical/dental 401(k) with 3% match Sabbatical after 5 years PTO/Holidays
Worst thing is that Enrollment gets more complex each year and HR staff are all remote. Hard to talk to anyone. But great benefits.
Paid undergrad and grad degrees through University of Arizona Global Campus. After 5 years of service you are eligible for a month paid sabbatical. Affordable health coverage. Dental plan isn’t the best. Not too many good providers within the network. Summer Fridays. Tuition reimbursement even if you don’t want to attend UAGC. Matching 401(k)
Best thing is 401K match, bonus
Summer hours: on fridays, we end out day at 2pm
Great benefits, 401k, PTO and summer Friday hours.
