They have a great benefits package. 401K and health and dental insurance. My pregnancy was covered 100%! My monthly insurance costs were next to nothing!

no down side to benefits

Insurance premiums are very high for employees with families. Little dental, little vision, limited pharmacy. Forced to use one pharmacy provider- CVS. CVS is overburdened and does not have medications on hand. Must travel to multiple CVS pharmacies to get scripts filled. No pension for employees. Low pay raises and minimal 401k contributions. Major overtime required with no compensation or flexibility in schedule.

Great health, dental and vision insurance, vision is free. Company also offers a life insurance policy of 20K which doesn’t cost employees anything. You can increase this buy contributing. Great 401(k) match; company matches up to 5%. Also receive 11.5 hours of paid leave each month during your first 5 years (equivalent to roughly 3.5 weeks of paid leave), this then increases to 15 hours per month once you reach 5 years and continues to increase once you reach 10 years and so on.

The 401K is matched up to 6% which is great, 9 paid holidays, only company I ever worked for that gave you two days for Thanksgiving and Christmas which I loved, and the pension plan was awesome.

CDHP, no premium if salary is under 60K but deductible is $2600! Get benefits first of the month after 28 days. 401K after 45 days of employment. Match 50% on first 6%. 11.5 hours PTO every month.
