“It's very flexible and has good coverage. My surgeon even said, never change insurance. The pharmacy coverage isnt great, the prices vary from one month to the next even on maintenance medications. Deductables aren't bad and out if pocket is on par with most insurances if not less. ”
Affordable .. and easy to apply for
Pay is mediocre, benefits should be better for a company this size. The business mind seems to be in the 90s.
The worst thing about the benefits package is they try to lead you more in the direction of not using your insurance unless it is an extreme emergency. I believe teldoc is the worst thing they could have added to the benefits.
Decent health insurance if you choose the more expensive plan, and 401(k) match.
I think they have a good, competitive benefits package.
Very extensive affordable benefits package in comparison to industry norms.
Overall benefit package was better than most Industries.
Good pto, all in one pool of hours. Medical has changed providers which is a plus. Don't like the spouse surcharge, their insurance isn't always as good as ours. Also don't feel like I can be honest about the things I don't like because corporate is commenting after every post.
Very competitive benefits great for family or individual insurance
Thanks for writing this note. In addition, we just announced today (November 7, 2016) that we are keeping medical premiums flat for the third straight year!
No increase in insurance costs for the last two years
Great to hear of your appreciation of flat insurance premiums for past two years.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
