I feel like benefits are comparable to other work environments

BluePearl (Mars corp) meet minimal standards for benefit packages.

Health insurance and 401k match could be better.

401k is terrible, and medical insurance is only affordable for a single person.

High deductible Health Plan through United Health Care, no options otherwise. 6 paid "floating Holidays", 401k match up to 6%, vested at 6 years.

Super expensive benefits but good employee discount

They offer a variety of benefits but opting in is ridiculously expensive on the below industry salary. They also say pet friendly but the reality is that your pets are not welcome. Not a family friendly company. Not a military friendly company.

Bring your pet to work with you! Insurance is a bit expensive

Offer medical/dental/vision. Health isn't great but the dental and vision plans are pretty good. Offer 401K, as well as PTO and holiday pay. Employee discount isn't that great.
