company covers full HMO premium cost for employee and family
I believe the benefits are pretty standard for this industry. I don't have much to compare it to though. A week off between Christmas and New Years is nice. 401k program but no matching. Health insurance at no cost to employees, etc. Kitchen is fully stocked with drinks, snacks, fruit (all free).
Didn't get benefits as freelance. Also they did not pay my taxes, I owed about $15,000 after the contract.
Not much benefits besides health and 401k. Bonuses very rare and pretty small.
Free family HMO. No 401k match currently. Occasional bonuses depending on company financial status
Great benefits. Health benefits paid by the company. Blur also pays half for gym membership and ergonomic equipment.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
