they paid it when I left the company
The Managers will work with you based on the time frame given for vacation and paid time off.
Typical benefit. Days do not carry over
Standard 2 weeks off after the first year. If you leave in good standing with a two weeks notice you will be paid your vacation time when you leave.
40 hours after the first year vacation time, increased each year but not sure how much
Severely lacking in this category. Working hard is fine as long as the employer supports playing hard as well. Zero time off for the first 12 months. You have to use personal days against any sick time taken. There is no ability to purchase additional time off if needed.
If one is man enough to hold on at Bob's Furniture the time off is good for a sales position.
Best thing about getting paid on vacation is not having to pay it back by being in deficit. Like some furniture companies.
Starting, you get two weeks vacation. Three weeks isn't available until five years in.
2 weeks vacation after your first year... in retail? AWESOME! Your Birthday off to be used 30 days before or after your Birthday!!!
