“To expensive with high copays and deductible”
The health insurance coverage is really good if you get the buy up plan.

Best is price, all benefits are reasonably priced. 403b contribution from company after 1 year. Worst must wait 3 months for benefits
Bocacare inc benefits are worse than BRRH. No holidays, expensive insurance low PTOs
PSA: I had a horrible experience applying for a job at Devoted Health. Applied online and then got asked to schedule a phone interview. On the day of the interview, I waited 20 min and nothing happened. I emailed the HR rep, he didn’t acknowledge or apologize and just told me to reschedule so I did. I even sent a separate email to confirm the second phone call. Second day of the interview, same thing, no show. I sent an email letting him know that my time is not being valued. (Cont’d)

Hi everyone, I am looking to go for my masters degree, I have my bachelors in health services administration and economics and I am looking into dual degree programs. The ones I am currently looking into is Scranton’s MBA/MPH program, as well as SUNY Buffalo. I am also looking at the Zicklin/Baruch MBA program, but wanted some advice on what to do. I am looking to move further up in management within a healthcare system, and wanted to get some advice from others besides the people I work with.
Health insurance is taken by every Dr. I’ve called. Generous PTO, 403b match, lots of team activities. No deductible if you stay within the network
Vacation and time off increases as you go. Benefits are great! Work care clinic onsite
The worst is that you have to use your PTO to take holidays off, but no only that, they take the day before or after the holiday, so you end up spending two days for each holiday.
Insurance, 401k and employee wellness were great
Awful benefits and compensation. No company perks, almost non existent bonuses, hard to get a raise, no paid holidays
It depends on who your manager is. It is not consistent all around in all departments.
