3-5 days off was the standard at the time I had my kid.

They offer a week paid Paternity leave. Since BBCOM is using Flex Time Off (FTO) it is nice to know that you at least get the 5 days paid off work. My newborn was in the NICU for a week so I used all of my time in the hospital, rather than at home with the Wife and newborn. With FTO it is up to your supervisor if you get to take additional time off.

The maternity leave is great, better than most companies, and the fact that they even offer paternity leave is cool
