The best thing or the financial incentives to make more money via non work related tasks and programs
Best thing is the 401k company match. 100% vested on day 1. Worst thing is the 'unlimited' Flex Time Off - aka vacation. It is not yours. Depending on your manager, it can be good or bad. In my personal experience, it is negative as my manager makes you feel guilty for asking for vacation. You literally almost have to beg to take time off. vacation time accrual or a fixed number of days is better than this nebulous, non-guaranteed benefit.
The benefits are great. The best thing would have to be the unlimited time off. We don't have to worry about accruing any time off
401k, paid time off, you won't get accepted for time off ever and don't plan on working here for more then a year.
in house 24/7 gym. fun activities. employee anniversary celebrations. Family events on monthly basis or more often. company holiday party. product discount. 401k. "Flex Time" - no accumulation of PTO, but rather you take the time you need as long as your manager approves it and work is done; so really, be an adult and work and you can take the time you need.
The health insurance was actually decent. It allowed chiropractic. If you go to the gym over 10 times a month, then they pay for your gym membership.
Free gym, reading rewards program, 6% 401k match
VERY strong health insurance, especially if you have a family, strong dental and vision as well. There are a number of additional perks too.
This company has more benifits than I could list. My favorite is the corporate gym.
6 paid holidays but you only get Christmas and Thanksgiving off. Flex Time Off but only when business needs allow it. Dental insurance is horrible unless you work in Idaho.
