Benefits at BI are a little expensive
It was an intern position. So most of the perks were not applied for my position. But I think the pay was at par with what I was expecting and it was a pleasure working for the company.
Pension No sick days. Only PTO. No company shut down during holidays.
Vacation is excellent and prior experience counts towards your tenure as far as vacation time goes. Overall benefits are on par if not exceeds similar companies in the industry.
Very nice 401K company match. There is also a pension plan. Good health insurance coverage but employee contribution has gone up greatly in last few years.
Lots of benefits offered. Some don't have any application to most people. Not too terribly expensive health, and the company gives health care in sentiment credits that you can use a money.
The packages offered were fine.
Upon being hired on, they base your PTO time on how long you have been a "professional" not just the basic 2 weeks.
no negotiation is worst. PTO is best
Pro: work from home (dependent on manager), ample PTO few cons
