FT employees earn 1 PTO day for every 14 days worked, I believe. Its some formula like that. I found that people took the PTO, but often worked longer hours as the time off approached because of deadlines they needed to meet.
They didn't provide a way to write off on your expenses a car wash for the company car. I though that was odd!
PTO accrued over the year of working, not given as lumpsome
3 week PTO, paid maternity leave, etc
per past experience related to job
3-6 weeks off per year
sick days and pto the same pool. Which is a bit odd for a manufacturer of pharmaceuticals
PTO is a combination of Vacation Days and Sick Days. Accumulated based on tenure. Currently accrue 8+ hours every 2 weeks (pay period). You’ll accumulate time faster than the business will afford you to actually use it.
More time off the longer you work
Decent starting PTO, very happy when changing employers.
