The company has good benefits package, 401K, health Ins., life , disability, dental, low copay.
Pretty standard fare for corporate america. Recently added 2 weeks paid parental leave which is nice. Would advise not using the HRA and doing a self funded HSA instead. That's not advertised as possible but may be a better money saving deal depending on your tax bracket.

Excellent health care (Blue Cross/Blue Shield), excellent dental and vision coverage as well. Not just for the employee, but they paid for the whole family as well! Very good 401K plan as well.
Benefits package, here, is bare minimum. They even tell you so, in the documentation. They reassure that the benefits offered meet the minimum requirements, as stated by the Affordable Care Act.
401k is a good deal. also vacation when you start is very nice. it may be hard to take days off because of being so busy but if you can make it happen ists great to have.
