Very cost efficient and good coverge.
Great 401k plan and health insurance
Insurance and overall benefit package is terrific. Definitely could offer more paid time off (& the ability to take it) and observe a couple more major holidays like Veterans Day. Pay could be better for the job duties and case loads. Biggest thing they need work on is flexibility for their salaries employees, currently one sided for the employers benefit.
Decent 401K, Health & Dental Insurance, Employee Assistance, etc. Employees start with 16 days PTO but management gives you hell for trying to use any of it and basically discourages it despite it seeming like a lot. Sick days, vacation, and personal time are all combined. Poor work-life balance.
the company offered it all
The company has good benefits package, 401K, health Ins., life , disability, dental, low copay.
Pretty standard fare for corporate america. Recently added 2 weeks paid parental leave which is nice. Would advise not using the HRA and doing a self funded HSA instead. That's not advertised as possible but may be a better money saving deal depending on your tax bracket.
Great 401K matching, good healthcare, decent pay. Good YTO.
This company has a 401k Below average pay. I could of made the salary rate working in a less technical field
Great Insurance, 401k, Paid time off, Possible yearly bonuses.
