Training was terrible. You do assessments on the computer and work at a training store for approximately two months.
Job duties/functions are never agreed upon by management, so new employees are constantly being taught different things
They're really good at teaching everything.
Hardly any at all, pretty much on your own
Not giveing them the right training so we can do better show use how to do the job better
Training is dependent upon how busy current staff is and if they are undermanned or not.
You have to watch hour long videos that are boring as crap then take quizzes on them... Training in store was good, they show you how to do mostly everything.
-very satisfied with Bojangles on the job training.
They throw you in the fire and say, "I'm busy".
I was trained by a front end cashier until I was confident I was able to handle the job alone.
