It’s pretty decent. They aren’t the best but they aren’t the worst.
there was no benefits or any offers. they didnt give me anything. other then discounts and free food while on shift
If you are a worker full or part time you do not have benefits unless you are a manager or above. They do not offer you benefits either.
Best thing is they pay for general managers insurance and have a HRA. Worst would be no 401k or disability/life insurance etc
health insurance, life insurance, benefits, 401k, aren't offered for free to all employees
The benefits they offer are good. But the thing about it is you only get those benefits if you make a certain amount of hours... So that's the draw-back there.
We have no sick days we have to use our vaca days
Job training and they want you to succeed
Insurance not so good but I liked getting my birthday off. Week paid vacation every year and 3 personal days. Bonuses are good if you can make food labor and drive thru times.
There were no benefits besides a discounted lunch.
