The benifits packages cost is ok but what that pays for should be more with a little lower co-pays
Since switching to our parent company health coverage in 2017 (Campbell's Soup purchased Bolthouse in 2012) benefits have gone downhill. We must either pay significantly more than we used to pay for worse coverage, or roll the dice and use an HSA account. 401k matching is basically the same as before. Vacation time and sick leave both became better.

401k match 100% for the first 3% and 50% for the next 2% and vacation time from employees started out at two weeks for 1st 4 years. The bonus is pretty high but not a guarantee each year around 15% for salary.
