Since switching to our parent company health coverage in 2017 (Campbell's Soup purchased Bolthouse in 2012) benefits have gone downhill. We must either pay significantly more than we used to pay for worse coverage, or roll the dice and use an HSA account. 401k matching is basically the same as before. Vacation time and sick leave both became better.
The benifits packages cost is ok but what that pays for should be more with a little lower co-pays
Great benefits if you chose
You may or may not receive a bonus based on company success throughout the year.
lack of 401K matching plan
Great perks. Internet, gym, 401k
401k match 100% for the first 3% and 50% for the next 2% and vacation time from employees started out at two weeks for 1st 4 years. The bonus is pretty high but not a guarantee each year around 15% for salary.
No perks. They happen to pay more compared to its competitions to keep employees from quitting on them. Expensive benefits
The company offers a good benefits package - the health care rates are lower than other companies I have worked at due to the high # of employees at the plant.
The benefits were amazing. It was the first time in my career that I was able to afford benefit and actually had the chance to have so many options.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
