Extremely affordable with very broad coverage, low deductible, and reasonable co-pays. The way health insurance used to be thirty or forty years ago.
Health benefits are great - very reasonable and better than what I have had at any other employer. 401K employer contribution is very good too.
Best: decent 401(k) match Worst: expensive health coverage, with endless hoops to jump through for wellness discounts
The benefit package was good... include a paid relocation
Best part of the benefits package is the affordable health insurance, plus the very low cost of YMCA membership.
Low pay, decreasing annual bonus, good medical insurance, good company stock purchase program, very poor new 401k provider/investment options.
Benefits were average, nothing great
