The best thing about the vacation policy is you get 4 weeks after 10 years. The worst is you have to wait another 10 years to get the 5th week of vacation.

Initial offer of vacation time likely to be on the low side, but more time off can usually be negotiated prior to accepting employment offer. Short notice for days off is usually acceptable.

I would give this a 3.5 overall. Corporate policy is 22 days of PTO and unlimited sick leave as long as your sick, up to Short Term Disability. Pretty good in my opinion. Our new local union contract gives us 18 PTO days and only 4 paid sick days. But we can cash in 8 days at the end of the year if we don't use them.
