StarStarStarStarStar Current Sales Associate in Westfield, Massachusetts

As a "short part time" employee (which they don't mention exists) you don't get vacation days or paid time off, you can take days off but you can not get paid for them, they say you can only have 3-6 a year and if you ask for the day off they will 98% of the time argue with you to work that day. They also have a "black out period" where no one is allowed to take ANY days off, these periods usually last for 3 full months.

Based on years of service, but even in corporate the salary and non-salary employees have different times. Even when Assistant Merchants became salary they kept their salary amount of time off/sick pay.

After year you get 2 weeks after 5 years you get 3 weeks and you get 2 personal paid days but you have to be permanent in one area.

Act of god to actually get anything approved and too many black out dates where your not allowed to request vacation or time off.
