    For the first year you pay about $60 per paycheck for Medical and about $20 for dental. The deductible for medical is very reasonable and most is covered at 80%. Dental could be better and there is no vision currently offered which would be nice.

    I have been working at Bonaventure Senior Living for a little over a year, but have had medical problems for quite some time. Right when I started, the company switched its medical provider and the benefits are exceptional. Unfortunately I have had to use them more than I would want to, but because I have them, I am able to get the help and assistance I need

    The only perk i get is PTO. I do earn enough to make up if my daughter or i am sick but that is about it and that is ok. I do wish that more then just managers could get assistance with retirement planning, especially when someone has been at the company a long time.

    I would say the worst part of the Benefits Package is the additional cost for a Family Member.

    Benefits are offered after 90 days employment and are acceptable. Vacation time accrual increases with years of service which is nice.

    Health insurance is expensive for family plan. Individual plan is affordable. You have to work for the company for years in order to get better benefits.
