The worst thing about benefits is probably that there is no 401K. The best thing is that there are a lot of care providers for the healthcare package they have. dental package that is included for health insurance.
Unlimited vacation is abused. Decent insurance but that only came about because Remax acquired them from what I gathered.
Basic health insurance is paid by the company and not deducted from your check. The "unlimited" PTO requires that you have no pending projects looming, get another employee to cover your work, and also get the time off approved by a manager. I was rarely able to make all 3 of these happen because of workloads.
The pay for most of your insurance but don't offer any other benefits at all, including bonuses.
Booj gives you $275 per month for you to use toward the benefits you want (health, vision, dental, etc.), after 2 FULL months of working there. They start everyone at the beginning of the month so they can wait as long as possible to give you benefits. The $275 is good if you're signal. If you have a family, even with their help, you'll end up paying $1,000/month for benefits. Not retirement plan and they have an "unlimited" vacation policy, which sounds good but people end up taking little time off because you have to get permission from your entire team! Booj is not family friendly at all. Most people are signal and if you have more than one kid, most will think you are weird. All benefits and work events are geared toward single/young people (lots of drinking and pot smoking at work).
No 401K, sparse dental and vision coverage
