If you make your numbers goals for a whole quarter you can get a permanent raise. If you make your goals and the store makes its goals you get extra money for the week. You can also get a permanent raise if you do well on your yearly evaluation.

We were just notified that the monthly incentive would be changing in May. It was based on performance in UPH and departments that didn’t have a UPH would still get an incentive based on warehouse as a whole. It may change in future, which they notify of in warehouse meetings once a month.

SPIF was available, but hardly attainable.

50 cents when you sell discount card,1.50 when you sell magazines

Best: Although low, they really added up on good sales weeks. Worst: Relatively low commission considering how hard it was to sell discount cards and magazine subscriptions.

There are no performance bonuses. The only people that get bonuses are in store management or upper management; also known as the people that don't do the work for the bonuses.

13 cents...hardly a bonus more like an insult.

StarStarStarStarStar Former General Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

They really "nickel and dime" bonuses to death. Some quarters where the store performed well overall in a high volume store as a GM, I'd be lucky to make $400, whereas my co-managers might make $100.

Performance expectations are very high, while the rewards for exceeding these expectations is very small

75 cents on every card you sell. If you sell one card per hour it's a nice bonus, but if you get the night shift and get one card, it's not even worth it.
