They pay a majority of your monthly health insurance premiums which is awesome. Paid bench time, paid volunteer time. Generous PTO. You also get a yearly-ish salary bump and title bump depending on your performance review. IRA and HSA offerings and if you stick around for a few years there is a great incentive 401k account you earn towards. 40 hr work week salary is great and they will pay a bonus if you need to work more than that.
No 401(k)/Roth match. No bonuses. PTO is not paid out upon resignation. Very disappointing.
Unpaid PTO if you leave the company, low compensation compared to other consulting companies
Full health benefits, but no company laptop or 401k. I've definitely had better, but it's not the worst either.
I was on my parents' insurance so I did not utilize but I know they do offer full benefits
Annual salary is nice to have as a consultant, typically consultants are compensated on an hourly basis and do not have the security of an annual salary if a client project ends and another is not found immediately.
401k after a year, 15 days PTO, 3 Flex holidays
The health insurance is pretty awful. There is no matching retirement plan, they simply "allow" you to set aside your own money. PTO accrues at roughly 4 hours for every 80 hours worked. If you work somewhere that requires you to pay for parking, you are not reimbursed. No employer sponsored bus pass.
