Based on years of service but you get 10 days to start and a bonus holiday for anywhere. the Days per year increase the longer you stay to a max of around 20 per year. Paid Holidays include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas (Depending on how the holiday falls you either get 1/2 a day before Christmas or the whole day)

Vacation and paid off time allows for a great work life balance.

Standard as most companies. Start with 1 week and it builds with length of service.

No flexibility for having a life outside of work. Any time away from the office you have to use PTO. No working from home, no flexible hours. I felt like a child most of the time with managers and fellow employees watching your worked hours, lunch breaks, etc like hawks

This is an area BSE needs to improve on. In my opinion the amount of PTO is not enough and doesn't increase at a reasonable rate. We can currently carry over two days of unused PTO, but should be at least week or more.
