The healthcare premiums are free provided some very easy goals are met. However, the plan has a very high deductible ($5000 for a family) before coverage kicks in at all. Trust is a major issue with this employer: in 2016-2017 they laid off numerous US employees, replacing them with new hires in Mexico. As if that weren’t enough, they attempted to short pay the promised severance. It took threats of litigation for them finally to honor the original agreement.
