Nice perks better than most retail. While there is no vision insurance there is a vision department within most stores where you can use your employee discount. That alone is cheaper than regular vision insurance.
I only worked part time, I was not offered benefits
Great place to be short term
The HR Department is really great about answering questions. The raises were predictable and fair. You could count on your hours and your schedule was consistent. Vacation days were painless to request. I did not take the medical plan (because I could still be on my parent's plan which was very good) but my understanding was that the medical plan was pretty standard.
The worst thing about the benefits is their are none other than a 15 percent discount on products
It's been a while and I don't really remember what services were offered.
Best thing: I have 3 weeks of vacation and health insurance and dental insurance.
The benefits are really low key, high cost. You won't be able to afford a family on there health care.
Nothing, the packages where so expensive, you would have to work a full week to pay off for the month if you where full time and was getting paid more than $9.00 an hour.
It’s only 15% off and you can’t even use the 15% off with your card (although it is possible) nobody will do the 15% off unless you have cash or a boscovs card which is so stupid
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
