Good selection of health insurance, Paid vacation, Family Leave and discounts on products
Company has 401K with company match at .50 cents on the dollar up to 4% which is okay but they also have a fully company funded pension plan!
Benefits are similar to other companies, with the exception of the pension plan. Company discount is good.
After 7 years, you are fully vested in their pension plan, and they have a 401(k) as well, making their retirement options very desirable.
best is pension, worst is aetna
The pension plan is a major benefit to working for the company
The vacation is pretty bad, even after adding an extra week to make it 3 total, they don't tell you that you have to use 2-3 days per year during the shutdown. Healthcare is pretty good, Maternity/Paternity leave is nonexistent. The 401k matching could be better, and there is a pension, but you have to be at Bose 7 years to have it vested. Honestly the benefits are reminiscent of the 1990s. Work from home is on a team by team basis.
Pretty average benefits. The bonus is great if your store does well, but don't count on them continuing the program in the future. Vacation time is great, and offered to part timers as well as full time.
The insurance is expensive and the copayments are high
The health and dental is great. I had a need for surgery and most of it was paid for and the dental plan was top notch!
