Fully funded pension can't be beat and makes up for weak 401k match; most other benefits are typical
Easy to use and helpful
people are passionate about their work. They have a mission and vision. work-life balance is amazing. Culture is great. Boston Landing office space is amazing. Cafe food prices are great. Compensation is poor, Framingham office location and office spaces are terrible. The office spaces there look like factories. vacation time is not great. 401 K is not great but they have pension plan if you stay here long enough.

It's mid-2018 and this company offers only 2 weeks paid leave, whether maternity or paternity. Unpaid leave is capped at 8 weeks. Shockingly bad and suggests that there are few to no women in upper management. It will be very difficult for them to acquire and keep talent if they continue to be so unfriendly to families. Otherwise, normal health and dental. 401K is 50% up to 4%, not great but not bad. Vacation is 3 weeks.
Pension plans are hard to come by for sure--great perk if you can make sense of how it works. The overall salary bands are lower than most tech companies and the better bonuses do not kick in until you are a senior level contributor. So all in all, you have to be here for 7+ years to really benefi
