The benefits are pretty good here. You get good medical, dental but there are no bonuses or perks that come with the job.
The health insurance is very good and affordable. Everyone gets life insurance equal to one year salary for free. Subsidized MBTA card comes out of your paycheck pre-tax, retirement account, FSA, and little extras like reduced price tickets for movies.
Over the years their benefits package has changed. I personally think it used to be better given that I have 30 years vested with them. But compared to other companies or institutions I heard that Children's benefits are still top notch.
Great benefit package since 2013
Wonderful package, great place to work!
Great benefits! Great place to work at
Good Benefits Package. The employer only starts contributing to the 401k after one year.
Great benefits despite low pay. Full medical and dental, reimbursement programs for the gym etc.
All the benefits package were very good. I had the premium dental plan which helps me a lot with my dental appointment!!
They are taking away certain benefits and making the copays more expensive and out of pocket more expensive to "make ends meet"
