BCG has outstanding benefits. The healthcare is great - I'm always being told you don't see co-pays so low when i'm at the doctors office and the best part is it is fully funded by BCG, even with a family. The Parental leave policies have both increased to 16 weeks for birth mothers and 8 weeks parental leave for fathers or adoptive parents. Such a great place to work!

Amazing 401(k) matching program that is given to you within a few weeks of employment. Plenty of options to fit financial goals.

The health care benefit at BCG is very good and comprehensive, with exceptionally low co pays and low prescription costs.

Health care is second to none. At this age, I don't have anything about the benefits package to complain about.

World class benefits package. About as low cost for healthcare as it gets. Amazing employee support system. They even help with getting an external job when you feel it’s time to leave the firm

Benefits are exceptional. Health coverage is comprehensive and starts on day one. Retirement and vacation packages are both good, but increase after a few years depending on position (consulting staff gets increase earlier).
