BCG has outstanding benefits. The healthcare is great - I'm always being told you don't see co-pays so low when i'm at the doctors office and the best part is it is fully funded by BCG, even with a family. The Parental leave policies have both increased to 16 weeks for birth mothers and 8 weeks parental leave for fathers or adoptive parents. Such a great place to work!

Benefits are exceptional. Health coverage is comprehensive and starts on day one. Retirement and vacation packages are both good, but increase after a few years depending on position (consulting staff gets increase earlier).
Men only get 8 weeks parental leave; women get 16 weeks BCG was the last of MBB/D to increase women to 16 weeks.
