The best thing about the benefits package is the free health insurance. The worst thing used to be the vision but that is being updated for next year.

Free breakfast (cereal, fresh fruit) , discounted gym membership to BSC, 401K, flexible work schedule (WFH or in the office), free healthcare, charitable matching, maternity/paternity leave, 100% tuition reimbursement

Great flexible benefits that cover so much! Really appreciate the dedication to and investment in people. Makes it such a pleasure to work here.

Amazing health benefits (but poor vision care). 100% paid. 401k contribution with no need to contribute. Lots of affiliation (happy hour) events.

Health insurance is great. Dental and eye could be better. Lots of free food.

The Health care benefits were phenomenal. no premium, no deductible, 100% coverage after a $5 Copay.

Very generous medical coverage. Will never go hungry there as there's always snacks and food. They put on fun and interesting events for us

Great healthcare plan - covers everything with minimal co-pay. Flexible work out plan/time for you allow you to take longer vacations/LOAs according to your preference

Health insurance coverage is outstanding. I've left the company a few years ago and am constantly reminded of how good a $5 co-pay on any medical appointments feel.
