16 weeks maternity leave, 8 weeks paternity leave; Medical, dental, and vision are 100% paid; $300 fitness reimbursement per year; 5% contribution to your 401k and 10% after 2 years (without you having to contribute anything); only 3 weeks of vacation, then maxes out at only 4 weeks after 5 years; unlimited sick days (but discouraged from taking this) Most offices have free drinks, free snacks, and Friday lunches. Occasionally will get "surprise" perks, like an extra day off or $150 to spend on an "experience" No pet benefits. Flexible hours and work from home is highly dependent on office for BST
