I was a temp so I'm not sure about the complete benefits package
Boston Properties paid for up to $200 a month in transportation reimbursements pretax. This was a massive benefit with the costs of commuting in Boston.
Solid/affordable medical, vision, and dental insurance. Competitive paid vacation. Great matching on 401k.
The best thing about the benefits package is that they match your 401k. First year in they pay for 2 weeks vacation, at the end of the year you a bonus based on performance. Overall good benefits package.
The 401k employer contribution is better than most, and the health insurance is more affordable than previous companies I've been at. There is also a commuter benefit that subsidizes public transportation costs, potentially making your monthly pass free depending on where you're commuting from.
- Good health/dental insurance but could have been better. Last 2 years its getting a little bad. _ They just added vision insurance. - Good 401k program from T Rowe Price. - FSA card from wageworks is the worst. They ask receipt for everything and the card does not work at all pharmacies. Wageworks try their best to make sure they ask receipts so that they can give some excuse to deny that and you will have to pay cash from your pocket. - No free parking.
health insurance is not that good, 10 paid vacations, you can not choose your schedule
Amazing 401K match and great health benefits.
The best thing about the companies benefits package is the 200% 401k company match up to 3% of salary, immediate vesting. The worst thing no flexibility to work from home one day a week and the ever increasing medical premiums each year.
Decent medical and dental. No VSP which us odd since most companies include it in benefits. Vacation is only 10 days which is low. Most companies start at 15 days and increase at three years to 18 days. 401k is okay but salaries are below market.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
