The best thing about the companies benefits package is the 200% 401k company match up to 3% of salary, immediate vesting. The worst thing no flexibility to work from home one day a week and the ever increasing medical premiums each year.
Decent medical and dental. No VSP which us odd since most companies include it in benefits. Vacation is only 10 days which is low. Most companies start at 15 days and increase at three years to 18 days. 401k is okay but salaries are below market.
Really good benefit package. 401k match is 2nd to none, they encourage taking time off but are unable to carry over anytime not used in a calendar year
Incredible 401(k) company match, great health care at a low cost for all tiers, generous commuter subsidy.
Overall good benefit package but not many options for employees to work from home.
Decent amount of time off and sick pay. Good low insurance premium for a single individual.
The best health coverage I have ever had with any other company.
The best thing is the commuter credit card to use for public transportation and the worst is the not flexible to work from home.
Generous 401k benefits--doubles your contribution up to 6%. Also offers pretty good vacation time benefits. Not so friendly with maternity leave policy.
Healthcare/Dental is good. PTO could be better. Summer hours are nice, but would be better if they started earlier.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
