for my position as a paraprofessional, I receive 2 paid personal days, 15 paid sick days, paid school vacation per school year, I pay small union dues which covers my eye care and dental. I am also able to receive free legal services, heath insurance, a pension and some option of investment options to save for retirement. Also short, and long term disability. the option for investment for retirement however do not seem to be the best and are limited to two options.
