The company atmosphere feels very energetic, young and out of the box thinkers. Very flexible schedules. We have summer hours (work 9 hours Mon-Thu, Friday work only hours). You can work from home and managers are well trained on how to manage and develop their teams.

You have two options for health insurance. You can choose between PPO or Kaiser (HMO). I reccomend getting 401k with them, they march up to 6%.
