Good benefits at the company
Great retirement plan matching + health and dental coverage. The company also allowed volunteering during office hours- a great asset to the community.
Medical and dental are quite competitive. Offers 401k and GESOP. Elective benefits such as Accident and/or Serious Illness insurance and Hyatt Legal plans are good.
Best: company perks, facilities, onsite daycare
Full coverage with low deductibles for health insurance. Insured by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Dental is Delta Dental of Mass.
Solid benefits and support for employees with very good choices for healthcare and insurance coverage, on-site childcare, paternity leave, vacation, 401K match vests immediately, etc. Company regularly surveys employees on benefits and has adjusted/expanded offerings based on feedback. Multiple wellness programs and competitions throughout the year with cash incentives on completion to encourage participation. Good employee stock and bonus program. Company continues to improve its facilities and amenities on site.
Car allowance and mileage reimbursement
Fairly generous and competitive benefits package. Shared health care costs had risen year over year for the employee and plans were reduced which did not feel good but things are now stable. Long Term Incentive stock had very little structure and was fully left up to the managers to allocate based on performance.
Great benefits package. Best in class.
