Good amount of flexibility to set your yearly calendar. Must be able to plan ahead to let your colleagues know when you are going to be available and when you wont
They don't give much vacation time even after nine years of working with them. I get 1 hour more compared to new employees.
3 weeks starting with 2 weeks sick time. Extra week of vacation after 5 years of service. You must reserve 3 days for the end of year shutdown (usually the week of or the week after Christmas). Unused sick time gets paid out in Q1 of the following year.
