Unlimited PTO, you request time off and will probably will be given it. Heathcare use to be bad, but they're getting better and striving to improve it. 401k is average. Outside of the generics, depending on if you've worked in the industry before it could range from meh to amazing: - Great workstation: Macbook Pro (can take home), monitor, adjustable standing desk - Work from home/telecommute every Friday - Free coffee (and sometimes food) - Free beer (at a reasonable time) - Many trainings available to help you excel in your craft
Work From Wherever policy. Unlimited vacation. Standard insurance benefits package.
Self- managed vacation, pleasant office environment. Medical, dental. Annual hackathon. Many opportunities for self-improvment. Macbook, standing desk. Cool conference rooms.
Best - Unlimited Vacation Worst - Healthcare, though it's not worse than most places
low pay, low benefits. unlimited vacation and a WFH once a week.
They are aware their benefits offerings are lagging behind, but the improve annually and continue to improve as a result of their acquisition by WPP.
Three plans offered. 2 are expensive but provide really high end benefits. Third is very affordable, even for big familes like mine. Much better than other small companies I've worked for. Recently got much better with lower cost to employees and better benefits. 401k match went up too. I see a lot of people putting in their reviews the benefits aren't good. Maybe this was true before I got here. I am not sure people understand how little other companies care abou their employees. Bottle Rocket cares a ton.
VERY low pay...does not make up for decent benefits. the 'unlimited' vacation was very deceptive. People were fired for taking advantage of this 'perk'
Health benefits are awful. You might do better getting your own insurance from one of the major carriers.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
