PTO increases with time at the organization with you moving from 12 to 17 PTO days from your 1st to 2nd year. Sick time is few but manageable and benefits such as health, dental and vision help to mitigate what is left to be desired.
Medical insurance barely covers anything for the cost of it, especially not most prescriptions, Dental co-pays are also high.
Its very good, we get dental, vision and medical insurance. 12 days of PTO. And we get summer fridays which means we end our days at 3pm during the summer time
