Good vacation, sick time, and PTO
Benefits are horrible. 3 sick days a year for corporate employees and most get only 2 weeks vacation. Health insurance employee contributions are very high and the coverage is not great. Depending on the team you’re on, limited to no flexibility to work from home or remotely on occasion. Employee discount is extremely paltry and cheap, had to fight tooth and nail to get my discount applied since none of the staff ever knew how to apply it. Absolutely no maternity or paternity leave.
