The benefits is a standard package. Its good but not the greatest. the best benefit would be the free food and free bowling of course.
Good vacation, sick time, and PTO
Benefits are horrible. 3 sick days a year for corporate employees and most get only 2 weeks vacation. Health insurance employee contributions are very high and the coverage is not great. Depending on the team you’re on, limited to no flexibility to work from home or remotely on occasion. Employee discount is extremely paltry and cheap, had to fight tooth and nail to get my discount applied since none of the staff ever knew how to apply it. Absolutely no maternity or paternity leave.
The best thing about the company was the free manager meal a day. The worst thing about this company was everything else.
Can't speak to health insurance as I don't have it. 401k has no match and no plans to add a match. Vacation tops out at 3 weeks, sick at 3 days. Free bowling for you and a limited number of guests. Every few months they trim the benefits, even though there's not much left.
Best is the vacation you accrue over time and that you can go negative 40 hours. Worst is everything else.
No work life balance program
Unless your management or full time which is basically all higher management you get no benefits.
In my personal opinion the medical benefits are far too expensive. But they do offer life insurance and a 401K plan.
You get nothing but stress working for this company. You sometimes get free food or milkshakes.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
