RSU and ESPP plan is phenomenal. Healthcare is great. We don't have 401k matching which would be nice but the stock plans mean that with a tiny bit of know how, you can make considerably more than a matched 401k anyway.
Benefits start on day one, there is no probationary period. Box carries a large portion of the cost for employees and their dependants. The parental leave is wonderful as well, allowing new moms to take leave fully paid. Vacation time is what you make of it and there is an emphasis on work-life balance. For perks you get what most people expect from the tech world in the Bay Area. Free food, fun events, great locations, etc. Phone and gym subsidy as well.
Great packages. The packages are very current with any great company and the health insurance is excellent.

It's surprising that there is still no 401K match.
The company perks are in line with the best in Silicon Valley: lunch, Cal Train pass, etc. I really don't like the unlimited vacation monitoring, it seems that it can be exploited by managers.
We have unlimited time off, and good healthcare options. We have a generous ESPP, but no 401(k) match.
